Fellows will be taught basic use of diagnostic equipment like 90D & 78D examination of fundus and indirect ophthalmascopy.

They will have hands on training in Fundus Fluorescence Angiography (FFA) and Indocyanine Green Angiography (ICG), B-Scan Ultrasonography, OCT, OCT Angiography etc.,

Exposure to diagnosis and treatment of medical retina cases under retina specialist.

Training to perform laser photocoagulation and intravitreal injections.

They will be given Surgical posting for cataract Surgeries during their Medical Retina Fellowship.

Weekly seminars, and case presentations

To attend and present in various state and national conferences.

Research and publications

Maintain logbook

Note: During the fellowship period the candidate get to do SICS and phaco surgeries. Number of surgeries may vary depending on the surgeon skill, his/her enthusiasm and contribution to the hospital.
